| New Facility will Serve as Base for Service Operations On Tuesday, October 25, 2005, Tajima America Corporation, (TAC), and Tajima Manufacturing (USA), Inc. (TUI) celebrated the grand opening of its new national headquarters. Located in Southern California, the combined facility will service all of the dealers in North, Central and South America. Tajima America Corporation-National Headquarters TAC's new technical service center and distribution center is the largest in the Western Hemisphere and will further strengthen Tajima's ability to offer comprehensive parts and service support. The center has been designed to maximize the benefits of combining technical support, parts distribution, and machine assembly into one location. Customers will see the advantages of the new facility in shortened lead times for both machines and spare parts. This will be achieved due to reduced shipping time for components from Japan and larger warehouse availability for stocking parts and machines. The new facility will also have an expansive showroom which will now allow the latest embroidery machinery and related equipment to always be on display. Customers will be able to see the most up-to-date Tajima innovations and have unique applications sewn and tested. |

| Tajima Manufacturing (USA) Inc. Assembly Plant
With the grand opening of TAC, the American regional assembly plant has been moved into TAC's new facility. The proximity and larger space of TUI - allowing for a compact alignment of the production line - will facilitate a doubling of the output of its prior east coast facility. |
