LMX-T0908 (1,200 x 745-425) with Double bobbin Attachment
Making its would premier was the mixed type multi LM head TLMX-T0908. This is a significant advancement compared with the current TMLHⅡ, in that it features a completely new operation panel as well as a new LM head which can perform taping at a maximum of 1,000 RPM. But the real difference is the combination of a single flat head paired with two LM heads. TCMX-60912(800 x 510/230)S with Coiling Device “MT-1”

Tajima's sophisticated TCMX chenille machine now contains yet another incredible advancement…the apparel industry’s first on –machine coiling device. Coiling is now automated eliminating conventional hand coiling embroidery by winding a thread around a core thread before sewing. In addition to all of the innovations found on the TCMX, this device adds a very unique touch to any embroidery design. The reaction from customers at ITMA was overwhelmingly positive with many new design possibilities being discussed as the machine was running in front of them.
Super-Size Embroidery with a 50 head Machine Featuring “selective Head” Sewing and Automatic Bobbin Changing
The super-size multi head TFGN-650 was shown for the very first time in Europe at ITMA 2007. Each head interval is set to 162.4m and is 6 times wider than the typical head interval of Schiffli machines. This machine is ideal for consecutive cloth sewing such as quilt, window treatments and wall coverings. It also provides the ultimate in flexibility thanks to its “Selective Head” mechanism which allows embroidery by choosing various numbers of heads to be combined in different configurations to sew a specific embroidery design. The new UBCⅡ Bobbin Changer was also attached to machine, significantly decreasing the time necessary to exchange bobbins and the resulting machine downtime. For large format jobs the TFGN is the ultimate in flexibility and productivity.
