A Broad Range of Frames Allow You Say "Yes" to any Production Project

　The TFMX-IIC comes with a tubular frame system allowingyou to sew on a wide range of finished goods such as t-shirts, sweat shirts, blouses, jackets and much more. Many types and size are available to meet any need you may have. In addition, Tajima has a wide range of optional frames that dramatically increase your capabilities.

Wide Cap Frame

So you can sew on the circumference of caps up to 360mm (or about 2/3rds of a typical cap circumference in length). Available in adult or child size, and also in a Semi-wide Cap version. Set-up normally takes less than a minute by simply attaching the frame to the special frame gauge, placing the cap on the frame and snapping it into place.

 

Cylindrical Frame
That allows you to embellish a wide range of hard-to-sew items and areas like socks, pockets, gloves, wristbands, golf head cover, pant legs, etc. Use either clip-type for long, slender fabrics. Set-up is just as easy as Wide Cap using a similar gauge system.

 

Border Frame
Gives you the freedom you need to sew the widest area possible, on cut pieces or even on a roll.

 

 

　Now you can have it all on your TFMX-IIC machine. Tajima’s extraordinary color change Sequins Device can be mounted on either or both sides of the TFMX’s single head to give you the ability to create designs that combine multicolor standard embroidery and attachment of a broad array of sequins, sewn in a single pass. Apply up to 4 sequins of various size, shape or colors, combined and arranged as you like, with or without up to 13 different thread colors in a single design. Or you can also get the conventional single color sequin device.

　The Sequin Device utilizes Tajima’s proprietary TBF Binary Data System combining operational data with design data, optimizing worker productivity by eliminating operator errors and time-consuming setting of needle bar sequence. TBF also provides the ultimate in efficiency and broadens design capabilities by handling various function codes and complex movements. Standard DST files can easily be converted to TBF, and TBF itself can be created using DG/ML by Pulse punching software.
　Another great embellishment tool is Tajima’s High speed Cording Device with which various kinds of cording materials such as cords or tapes can be stitched at high speeds. Replacement of attachment enables loop stitch embroidery and simple adjustment of the height also creates variations in stitch volume while expanding the variety of your embroidery applications.

Other Options to Increase Productivity and Functionality

　Tajima offers the industry’s widest range of options to enhance your embroidery business. The Auto Lubrication System improves productivity, saves labor, and provides for maintenance-free operation with less down-time. Jumbo Hooks allows you to stock an abundance of under thread to mitigate bobbin change. Automatic position marker aligns design start positions with ease. These are just a few examples of Tajima’s productivity tools that can be added to any machine.

　An unlimited number of TFMX-IIC machines can be connected to your network using DG/ML by Pulse software. Instead of large multi-head machines that take up valuable real estate in your shop, you can network any number of computers and TFMX-IIC embroidery machines in a network, centralizing control and creating a more efficient working environment, while increasing productivity. You can select, edit and save designs stored by DG/ML be Pulse on a PC, and then sew the same design on several machines, different goods such as caps and jacket on different machines, etc., all in the same network and all controlled by a single computer. Production reporting such as total number of threads breakage, etc., can be displayed for all machines on the network and outputted to a file.
