| Trevor Brooker established Sotech Marketing Ltd in New Zealand in 1995. His vision was that Sotech Marketing Ltd should have a strong focus on the technical aspects of embroidery and embroidery technology. With a strong focus on service he has established the Tajima brand as the number one embroidery machine in New Zealand. Achieving this goal has been enhanced by the helpful relationship with Tajima through the wonderful support of X’Pan Singapore. | |
| Sotech Marketing has service technicians based at Head Office, Auckland in the North Island and at Christchurch in the South Island who have had many years of experience in servicing the stitching industry. There is a strong commitment to after sales service with a comprehensive spare parts department containing hundreds of different parts and accessories. This includes a complete range of exchange printed circuit boards for all the Tajima machines imported into New Zealand since the end of 1990 so that costly machine downtime is kept to a minimum. Most consumable products associated with the embroidery industry are also sold. All the staff of Sotech Marketing Ltd are dedicated to giving excellent service to their customers who they treat like family. | |
