Tajima Asia Pte Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tajima Industries Ltd., is established on 12th September 1990. Tajima Asia is the regional service center that provides technical assistance and supply of spare parts to territorial agents. Tajima Asia has a team of well-trained technical staff whom ha s been trained in Tajima Japan. Tajima Asia has an extensive spare parts stock in Singapore, to ensure that the needs of local agents are fully met. X'PAN Trading Pte Ltd incorporated on 2nd February 1990 is the regional sales and marketing office for Tajima embroidery machines and digitizing design software's. |

| X'PAN directly supports all of the sales activities in the region and has over the years, established Branch Offices in Vietnam, Myanmar & Cambodia; bringing Tajima's expertise to these local markets. Each branch office has an extensive spare parts division, technical & sales departments, showrooms and a Pulse DG/ML digitizing section. Our branch offices are therefore in a position to provide the full range of services that Tajima embroidery machine users have come to expect. | |

| Both companies are housed under one roof in Singapore. Mr. Noboru Ito is the Managing Director of both companies has a singular business policy & principle. Providing expertise for both localized & International exhibitions is a further role that Singapore office extends to all local offices within its territories. Both Tajima Asia Pte Ltd and X'pan Trading Pte Ltd are constantly striving to find ways to refine, enhance, and increase the level and range of services that we provide to our valued Tajima customers & agents alike.
