Half cut

Set a fabric (laced and back satined) on or under the knitted fabric, and half-cut to the shaps of flowers.

Process

  1. Set the vinyl sheet onto the aluminum square frame with scotch tape adhered to both sides.
  2. Set the aluminum square frame on the frame holder and sew the contour of the lace fabric in running stitches for positioning.
  3. Set the laced fabric on the knitted fabric with adhesive spray.
  4. Cut only knitted fabric (half-cut) by laser and remove the cut part.
  5. Embroidery of bouquet part and set the back satined fabric.
  6. After the embroidery on back satined fabric, cut only the back satined fabric (half-cut) by laser.
  7. Remove the cut part.
