Function
Develop Your Embroidery Variations
Maximum 6 colors of embroidery threads are applicable. Besides, optional sequin devices can be mounted on all the heads and up to two kind of sequins can be embroidered per head, using W-reel attachments.
Higher Productivity is brought to reality
With a maximum speed of 950 rpm and 50 heads, high volume production at low cost is now a possibility.
Operation With Advanced Function
The rotary thread breakage detector is installed to constantly control the supply of thread. When upper or lower thread is broken, this device detects the breakage and stops embroidery immediately to prevent production flaws caused by continued embroidery without thread. Automatic stitch correcting function*[Note] is also applicable head by head and you do not need to correct it after embroidery nor dispose of remaining stitches.

The frame can be moved back or forward in units of 1, 3 or 5 stitches, stop codes or preset stitch count.
Multiple Applications Of Embroidery Space
Embroidery space of 162.4mm is 6 times as large as the head interval 27.07mm of Schiffli machines. This size is generally applicable for lace embroidery designs without changing your existing lace embroidery designs in composition. They can be laid out as you like within the range of max. embroidery space*[Note] up to 487.2mm to create original large designs, not to say of small designs like emblems.

Head Selection
Group of heads can be pre-selected by color change steps from the operational panel. Programmable head selection enhances creativity and representation of embroidery designs.
User-Friendly, Quieter Operation
Latest noise reduction developments help create a quiet and pleasant working environment for operators.
Memory
Standard memory capacity is (strikethrought : for) 1,000,000 stitches (Standard operation panel) or 2,000,000 stitches (LCD operation panel) to register Max.99 designs. It is expandable up to 2,000,000 stitches for Standard operation panel.
Condition Memory <PAT>
Stitch conditions*[Note] can be saved in a floppy disk together with embroidery data. The saved stitch conditions are applicable to reproduction or subsequent machines.
*[Note] : Only needle bar sequence for Standard operation panel and both needle bar sequence and start position for LCD operation panel.
Scale Up / Down, Rotate
You can scale your designs down to 50% or up to 200% in increments of 1%, and rotate in 1-degree increments.
Automatic Repeat
A design can be automatically repeated up to 99 times both vertically and horizontally. The repetition can be set for continuous operation.
Design Editing
Modify, insert or delete your embroidery design data stitch by stitch.
Satin Stitch Reduction and Expansion
Increase or decrease actual stitch length according to the stitch length in a design.
Cleanup function
A very helpful function to automatically remove small stitches to prevent thread breakage effectively.
Frame Back / Forward
Frame Back / Forward is available in units of stitches, color change or designated stitch count.
Trace Function
Check whether a design will fit in a frame before you sew.
Origin Return
The frame can be either manually or automatically returned to the design starting point (while the machine is stopped), even if the end point is different from the starting point.
Productivity
Production efficiency has been improved by decreasing downtime caused by color changes, thread trimming etc.
Automatic Offset / Manual Offset
Facilitates applique fabric placement and frame changing.
Marking
Design starting point can be easily positioned for placement of embroidery.
Automatic Upper / Under Tread Trimming Device <ATH>
Automatically operates by commands in the design data.
Power Failure Control Measures
You can continue to operate the machine after power failure during embroidery without being annoyed by misproduction due to design displacement.

Factory options
- Automatic Lubrication System
Lubrication to heads or heads and rotary hooks is performed automatically for improved productivity and maintenance-free operation.

- Jumbo Rotary Hook
The special jumbo size rotary hooks and stitching mechanism of our own design have enabled various thickness of upper threads from thin to thick to be used readily.
Due to expanded bobbin capacity (twice as much as the small hook), bobbin changing tasks have been drastically decreased, increasing productivity.

- Auto Frame Changer (AFC)
Tajima's extremely accurate and powerful AFC frame changing mechanism makes it possible to produce high quality, continuous embroidery.

- Sequin Device Ⅲ Twin Type <PAT.P>
It is now possible to embroider a max. of 4 different sizes, shapes and colors on each head. 2 kinds of sequins on one side can be interchanged and embroidered at high speeds as desired. This next-generation Sequin device permits more design options and improves production efficiency. Installable in a compact design even to the machines with small head intervals.

- High-Speed Sequin Device <PAT>
Embroidery with 3mm dia. sequin spangles is available for the first time in the industry! Automatically trims sequin spangle belts in various forms and offers you stable fixing stitches.
The highest speed in the industry is now available at 950 r.p.m.

- Bobbin Changer Ⅱ(UBCⅡ)
The push of a single button replaces the bobbins of all the heads at one time,drastically reducing the downtime for replacement of under thread bobbins.

- Position Marker
Points out a needle hole position, hidden on a cloth, by light it up with a LED beam to align embroidery start position. You can check the needed position anytime.

Options
- High-Speed Cording Device (KB-2M)
New variations of looping or cording embroidery can be added to a design by switching between 2 kinds of attachments.

- Boring Device
A special knife bores a hoke in a fabric and then a needle and thread sew open the hole. The size of the hole is adjustable and the shape can be created through the process of digitizing to meet your desires. This device is applicable to all normal embroidery heads and easily increases the value of embroidered products.

- Emb. Lame Attachment
Lame filament yarn can be stitched steadily without being twisted to create your original embroidery.
