  • Sequin feeding mechanism

Time-proven pawl feeding method is adopted for sequin feeding mechanism to realize stable feeding. Quick replacement of sequin spangle belts and easy machine maintenance are available without difficulty. 2 kinds of emboss depth is available by parts replacement.

2 kinds of emboss depth is available by parts replacement.

  • Preset stop function

Presetting necessary quantity of sequin pieces enables to stop the machine at the set count.

  • Pressing in order shapes than circle is also available

Cup-shaped emboss pressing in order shapes than circle like flower or square shapes is also available as long as sequin inner hole diameter is identical with sequin feed pitch. (Some shapes are not processable.)

  • 2 kinds of processable sequin sizes

Either TPS-E7 (supporting sequins of 6.8 / 7.0mm outer diameter) or TPS-E5 (for 5.0mm outer diameter) is available.

  • Options

Press block and Guide are available in a set for 6.8 / 7.0mm dia. or 5.0mm dia. specification.Processable sequin size can be changed by exchanging them. (A jig is necessary to exchange Press block and Guide.)
