Our recently developed Shuttle Hook Embroidery Machine allows you to embroider, using not only normal embroidery threads but also soft twisted threads used for embroidery lace or other thicker threads etc., which have been considered “unsuitable for traditional embroidery machines” .
This multi-needle machine can combine different thicknesses of thread in the same design and further expands your selection of applicable materials - from thin to thick fabrics. The range of selectable threads has been expanded from ultra thin threads of 75d to thick threads of 800d. Various kinds and types of threads are applicable in the same
design.

Specifically-manufactured
Exclusive-use needles are supplied to embroider with thicker threads (easy to rise) like with normal threads for more beautiful and smoother embroidery without forming fuzz.

- Automatic Lubrication System
Lubrication to heads or heads and rotary hooks is performed automatically for improved productivity and maintenance-free operation.
- Auto Frame Changer (AFC)
Tajima's extremely accurate and powerful AFC frame changing mechanism makes it possible to produce high quality, continuous embroidery.
- Sequin Device Ⅳ
Wide range of sequins from small to large sizes or in various shapes like noncircular or eccentric type are applicable for creation of you designs as needed, depending on your applications.
- Sequin Device Ⅲ Twin Type <PAT.P>
It is now possible to embroider a max. of 4 different sizes, shapes and colors on each head. 2 kinds of sequins on one side can be interchanged and embroidered at high speeds as desired. This next-generation Sequin device permits more design options and improves production efficiency. Installable in a compact design even to the machines with small head intervals.
- Zigzag Cording Device
This device is an exclusive-use option for zigzag swing stitch embroidery to rank up your designs with new materials. Just install to a normal embroidery head and arrange your regular designs with delicate cording embroidery.
- Position Marker
Points out a needle hole position, hidden on a cloth, by light it up with a LED beam to align embroidery start position. You can check the needed position anytime.
