Sequin Device Ⅳ
Sequins in diameter of 2 - 22mm are applicable !
Wide range of sequins from small to large sizes or in various shapes like noncircular or eccentric type are applicable for creation of you designs as needed, depending on your applications.
Stable operation at a maximum speed of 1,000 rpm
Various kinds of improvements by the change of feed pawl inshape and others have stabilized the feed of sequins ! Higher
productivity and quality are well compatible now.
Drastic review of basic structure of the device has simplified adjustment works to change the size or cutting position of sequins.
Friendly to working conveniences
Sequin feed amount is changeable by the setting on the operation panel. Either manual or automatic operation is selectable to lift up
or down the Sequin device. This allows you to speed up related works like threading or replacement of frames.
It is now possible to embroider a max. of 4 different sizes, shapes and colors on each head !
2 kinds of sequins on one side can be interchanged and embroidered at
high speeds as desired.
This next-generation Sequin device permits more design options and improves production efficiency.
In addition to the TFGN Series, it is now installable to the other 3 series of TLMX, TCMX and TFMX.
More colorful and expressive sequin patterns are appplicable on various embroidery designs.

2 types of sequins with differing sizes, colors, and shapes can be mounted at both the right and left sides, respectively, thereby enabling up to 4 sequin types per head. (Sequins with diameter of 3 - 9mm are embroiderable.)
Empty sequin reel detection function
A "low sequin supply" is detected before the reel's supply of sequins is completely exhausted, and the embroidery machine is stopped at that time, thereby preventing out-of-sequins problems.
Manual table-lifter switch
This switch is mounted to the front side of the device to move the sequin devices up/down individually, providing easy access for adjustment.
High-speed operation at max.1,000 rpm!
High-speed operation is available at a max. of 1,000 rpm. 2 kinds of sequins can be switched and stitched at high speeds as desired by sliding sequin supply unit to the right or left. (Max. 800 rpm for switching sequins)
Features a motor-driven lifter.
Stable up/down motion has been achieved through the adoption of a pulse motor and slide screw thus eliminating the need for pneumatic equipment. Moreover, this mechanism permits 2-step control of the lifter position and saves unnecessary up/down operation, thereby improving production efficiency.
Compact in a slim body
As a result of reviewing the device structure in a slim body, Sequin Device Ⅲ Twin type is now installable even to the TFGN Series 50 or 56 head models with smaller head interval.
The push of a single button replaces the bobbins of all the heads at one time,drastically reducing the downtime for replacement of under thread bobbins!
- User-friendly automatization
- Replacement of under thread is essential in the embroidery process. UBCⅡ allows you to preset under thread bobbin replacement on all the heads while the machine is in operation. This considerably decreases machine downtime due to replacement of under thread bobbins.
- The push of a single button replaces under thread bobbins of all the heads at one time. Furthermore, the location of under bobbin replacement shifts from the rotary hooks inside the machine to the table front, which greatly reduces the workloads of operators.
- PRODUCTION / WORKING EFFICIENCY
When you embroider an embroidery design, shown below right as an example,then productivity will be improved by 11%. You don’t need to worry about how to improve productivity any longer.
Motor driven type UBC units
UBC device consists of individual UBC units. They are driven independently which enables you to suspend only the troubled heads at the outbreak of a trouble. You can also select either all or alternate heads for operation on the Controller.
Controller & Head panels to control movement of the device
A controller to control the entire UBC device and Head panels to control each UBC unit are built-in. It is now possible to start all the heads after bobbin replacement by a command on each Head panel and you do not need to move to the Controller.

Select from either 2-pole (with 1 stock) or 4 pole (with 3 stocks) type bobbin cassette rotation.
User-friendly function to Assist replacement of under bobbins
A buzzer will sound to tell you when it is time to replace an empty bobbin.
Under thread holding mechanism to prevent stitch starting error
The tail length of under thread is held at the equal length by a knife to prevent stitch starting error. The tail length of under thread is variable by adjustment of the knife.
LED display function to minimize time loss
At the occurrence of an error LED will blink on the related Head panels.
Zigzag Cording Device
Show up your daily “normal embroidery” to “cording embroidery” as you like!
This device is an exclusive-use option for zigzag swing stitch embroidery to rank up your designs with new materials. Just install to a normal embroidery head and arrange your regular designs with delicate cording embroidery.

Easy exchange of materials
Exchange only the bobbins and then the material is changed easily. Large bobbins are applied to supply plenty of materials.
- Automatic Lubrication System
Lubrication to heads or heads and rotary hooks is performed automatically for improved productivity and maintenance-free operation.
- Jumbo Rotary Hook
The special jumbo size rotary hooks and stitching mechanism of our own design have enabled various thickness of upper threads from thin to thick to be used readily.
Due to expanded bobbin capacity (twice as much as the small hook), bobbin changing tasks have been drastically decreased, increasing productivity.
- Position Marker
Points out a needle hole position, hidden on a cloth, by light it up with a LED beam to align embroidery start position. You can check the needed position anytime.

- High-Speed Cording Device (KB-2M)
New variations of looping or cording embroidery can be added to a design by switching between 2 kinds of attachments.
- Boring Device
A special knife bores a hoke in a fabric and then a needle and thread sew open the hole. The size of the hole is adjustable and the shape can be created through the process of digitizing to meet your desires. This device is applicable to all normal embroidery heads and easily increases the value of embroidered products.
