On April 1, 2026, the Entrance Ceremony for Tajima Industries Ltd. and TISM Co., Ltd. was held.
This year, eleven new employees took their first steps as members of the Tajima Group, celebrating this new chapter with bright and hopeful expressions. (One additional employee is scheduled to join in July.)
During the ceremony, CEO Hidetoshi Kojima delivered a congratulatory address to the new employees.
Building on the company’s long-standing foundation of technology, quality, and trust with customers, the Tajima Group has provided embroidery machines to markets around the world. Today, under the policy of shifting “from selling products to delivering value,” we continue to evolve—going beyond product provision to create meaningful experiences, inspire customers, and contribute to their success.
“Each of your challenges will support the continued evolution of Tajima. With the mindset that everything begins with you, think independently, take action, and embrace many challenges. Together, let us build an even greater Tajima.”
Following this, on behalf of the new employees, Kotomi Ueda delivered a statement of determination:
“I will approach every task with dedication and strive to become a fully contributing member of the company as soon as possible.”
She expressed this with confidence, demonstrating a strong commitment to grow alongside her peers.
Following the ceremony, a commemorative photo session was held with CEO Kojima, executives, and the new employees, providing an opportunity for interaction in a warm and friendly atmosphere. In addition, under the company’s Brother–Sister mentoring program, the new employees also took commemorative photos with their senior mentors, highlighting meaningful connections across generations.
The venue was filled with a bright and positive atmosphere throughout, as the new employees showed great anticipation for the days ahead, making it a truly uplifting entrance ceremony.
