STITCH TECHNOLOGIES (THAILAND) CO., LTD – TAJIMA SERVICE CENTER was established in June 2010 with the aim to improve the level and quality of our service standards to all of our valued customers in Thailand.
STITCH TECHNOLOGIES (THAILAND) CO., LTD – TAJIMA SERVICE CENTER has a strong team of well-trained and committed staff manning various departments ranging from Spare Parts Department, Technical & Sales Departments and the Tajima DG/ML By Pulse – Embroidery Design Software Section. The various departments work and co-ordinate seamlessly as a whole with the aim to provide fast and timely respond to meet all our customers’ needs.
Our Spare Parts Department housed extensive range of spare parts with the aim to provide speedy service and support to our Thailand customers.
Our highly dedicated and committed Technical Engineers are fully trained to provide professional and efficient services covering machine servicing, over-haul and training. In addition, Senior Engineers from Japan and Singapore are frequently sent to Thailand to transfer the latest technical, knowledge and know-how.
Our Sales Personnel are highly professional, experienced and friendly, and are committed to provide our customers with fast, timely and quality services to ensure all their queries and needs are attended satisfactorily.
Our Tajima DG/ML By Pulse – Embroidery Design Software section has been continually conducting software training, software technical support and transferring the relevant knowledge and digitizing skills to our customers to help them fulfill their business needs and increase their productivity in their embroidery design creation process.
Since the establishment of STITCH TECHNOLOGIES (THAILAND) CO., LTD – TAJIMA SERVICE CENTER in 2010, we have earned recognitions, commendations and trust from many of our valued customers for the high level of quality services that we had demonstrated.
