Delivering Tailored Solutions for the Indian Market
Mr. Pradeep Bakshi, Managing Director & CEO of Voltas, delivered a heartfelt welcome speech to the attendees. The event welcomed over 150 customers and industry professionals, highlighting the strong momentum and high expectations in the Indian market.
Tajima introduced several initiatives aimed at addressing local market challenges. These included usability enhancements, expanded optional equipment tailored to the Indian market, and two key innovations: Intelligent Thread Management (i-TM), which automatically adjusts thread tension in real time based on the design, fabric, and thread; and the Digitally Controlled Presser Foot (DCP), which enables stable stitching even on thick seams or layered materials by responding precisely to fabric thickness.
Tajima also introduced DG.NET SaaS platform, which enables full embroidery workflow automation—from order intake to production—helping businesses streamline operations, reduce manual labor, and support personalization at scale. This solution is expected to play a key role in driving future efficiency across embroidery operations.

Hands-On Experience with Tajima’s Cutting-Edge Technology
Live demonstrations using the TMEZ-SC and TMBR2-SC models were conducted onsite. Attendees were particularly captivated by the precise embroidery reproduction of delicate threads. Key features such as automatic tension optimization by i-TM and seamless stitching on uneven materials by DCP were clearly visualized, drawing expressions of surprise and interest from the audience.
The demonstration of Tajima’s integrated hardware-software solutions—designed to solve key challenges in embroidery production—stopped many attendees in their tracks and sparked active interest.
