List of Embroidery Frames

The frames that can be used differ depending on the embroidery machine model.

Standard Frames

Border Frame (Standard frame for flat type machines)

This embroidery frame can be used on fabric before it is processed into products. It can also be used when producing large quantities of patches and similar embroidered products.(Uses: large-lot production of curtains, bedding, pillow cases, patches, etc.)
*Not included as standard with cylinder type machines.
Those who wish to use a border frame on a cylinder type machine, may purchase it as an option depending on the model.

Tubular Frame (Standard frame for cylinder type machines)

This embroidery frame can be used for finished shirts, jackets, and other bag type items. Two sets of different size tubular frames, are standardly included.(Uses: Production of T-shirts, sweatshirts, towels, bags, patches, etc.)

Optional Frames

M Frame

This embroidery frame uses magnets to hold the fabric in place. It is highly versatile and can also be used when the embroidery area is not very broad. It leaves no frame marks on the product, as the fabric is held with magnets.
This embroidery frame is popular thanks to its ease of use. (Uses: patches, bags, pouches, etc.)

Cap Frame

This is an embroidery frame used for caps or hats. This frame enables embroidery of up to 360 mm in length, up to 270 degrees around the cap. This popular embroidery frame allows embroidery even on caps with long brims. (Uses: Caps, hats)

Pocket Frame

This embroidery frame can be used on the breast pockets of shirts and other garments. It can also be used for embroidering the sides or backs of caps or hats. (Uses: T-shirt sleeves, pockets, caps, etc.)

Use requires a cap frame drive system (sold separately).

Socks Frame

This frame can be used for embroidering a single point on a pair (2) of socks.(Uses: socks)

Shoes Frame

This frame can be used for embroidering the sides of shoes.(Uses: Shoes, boots)

Air Type Clamp Frame

The frame can be quickly attached and detached by pneumatic opening and closing. Recommended for thick products and other materials that are difficult to fit into the frame. (Uses: enameled bags, tote bags, etc.)

Air Type Pocket Frame

The frame can be quickly attached and detached by pneumatic opening and closing, and can be temporarily pressed with two-step operation for easy positioning. The frame size (width) can be adjusted according to the product size. (Uses: pockets, hats, shoes, etc.)
