Proposing Total Solutions to Shape the Future of the Embroidery Industry
The seminar began with an opening address by Mr. Shahabuddin, Managing Director of Pacific Associates Ltd., followed by a passionate welcome speech by Hidetoshi Kojima, President of the Tajima Group. The venue welcomed nearly 200 attendees from approximately 60 companies, including existing partners and businesses considering the introduction of embroidery machines—far exceeding initial expectations. The high level of interest and anticipation for Tajima in the local market was clearly reflected in the energy of the seminar.
As Bangladesh continues to export apparel products globally, the seminar focused on solutions to the challenges faced in embroidery processing. Tajima’s “total solution”—integrating both hardware and software—was introduced. On the hardware side, Tajima AI Embroidery Machine was featured, highlighting its capabilities for delivering consistently high embroidery quality. On the software side, the group company Tajima Software Solutions Inc. presented two key tools: “PulseIQ,” an upcoming cloud-based production management system, and the high-precision digitizing software “DG.” These were demonstrated with practical use cases, showcasing how they can improve production efficiency and product quality.

Live Demonstration of Tajima AI Embroidery Machine “TMEZ-SC”
A live demonstration using the TMEZ-SC, a single-head embroidery machine equipped with AI technology, gave attendees a chance to experience its performance firsthand. During the demonstration, the logos of Pacific Associates and Tajima were embroidered on-site, demonstrating how i-TM and DCP work together to automatically optimize thread tension based on fabric properties. The design included subtle and intricate details, which were reproduced with remarkable precision. This allowed attendees to directly experience the high reproducibility and consistent quality enabled by Tajima’s embroidery technology.
After the demonstration, many attendees closely examined the embroidered samples, paying careful attention to the stitching quality. Some remarked that they could immediately envision how the technology would apply to their own products, and positive discussions naturally emerged about potential use cases after implementation.

Expanding Potential of the Embroidery Business in the Bangladeshi Market
Attendees joined not only from Dhaka but also from various regions across Bangladesh, including the south. This highlighted the growing nationwide interest in the embroidery business. Positive feedback included comments such as “The proposal directly addressed our on-site challenges” and ” It helped me envision how it could be used after installation.” These responses confirmed that Tajima’s total solution aligns with the realities of the Bangladeshi market and encourages attendees to imagine concrete development scenarios.
Inspired by these voices, we reaffirmed the importance of strengthening collaboration with local distributors and continuing to provide tailored proposals and reliable support. Tajima remains committed to working closely with regional partners to advance the embroidery business and create new value in the global market.
