Tajima's exclusive digitizing software "DG-S" helps to create designs without
restricting the designers' creativity.
The created designs can be easily edited, reducing mistakes caused by trial and error. Illustrator and/or CAD data can be converted to perforating data and/or sewing data.
*DG16 is required for creation of embroidery data.
Tajima's original "digitally controlled presser foot [DCP]"
When real leather and urethane are sewn together during machine quilting, the presser foot may be set at a low level so that the elastic urethane can be held down securely while still maintaining its volume.This prevents the thread from loosening and creates a voluminous finish.
Supported for the rounded rectangle perforator needle
The exclusive use of angle gauges ensure that the rounded rectangle perforator needle can be mounted at the correct angle.
By mounting one on several needle bars at different angles, the variety of designs can be expanded, such as motifs featuring rotation.

A mechanism preloaded with 3 spare bobbins and exchanges bobbins for all the heads at once in as fast as 16 seconds.
Drastically reduces downtime for bobbin exchange.
Exclusive Presser Foot for Sewing Heads
The presser foot can be selected from 3 types according to the material type and the sewing method.
Thread Loosening Device
A device that reduces errors at the start of embroidery by loosening the tension on the upper thread during thread cut and stabilizing the cut surface.
PAX / HAR
Auto PP Tape Feeder
A mechanism that automatically feeds the PP tape for catching the perforator with the minimum waste, contributing to cost effectiveness.
Auto Double PP Tape Feeder
A two-reel version of the auto PP tape feeder that feeds dual tapes for consistent perforation.
Used to collect dust if there is no air control system in the building.
There are 4 types of perforator needles available (dia. 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm).
Synchronized Vacuum System
Air suction route is automatically optimized in accordance with the needle bar movement.
