Area 2Technology

[NEW] TMER-K1506C(450X360)S

The newly unveiled “TMER-KC” is a multi-head cylinder type embroidery machine designed for both stability and productivity. The demonstration featured plum blossom embroidery on the full back and chest of heavy sweatshirts. Its reinforced tubular frame arm structure supports thick materials while maintaining stable production. Frame attachment and removal were also improved for smoother operation.
The operation monitor now displays the alignment between the embroidery frame and design, allowing easier and more accurate embroidery pattern positioning while helping reduce misalignment and incorrect hooping.

[NEW] TMEZ-X1501C

The “TMEZ-XC,” unveiled for the first time at the exhibition, is a wide-format model in the EZ Series equipped with Tajima’s proprietary “Intelligent Thread Management (i-TM)” and “Digitally Controlled Presser Foot (DCP).”
The EZ Series enables stable, high-quality embroidery without complicated adjustments, supporting both beginners and experienced users. Despite being a single-head model, the TMEZ-XC offers a large embroidery frame size of 550 × 600 mm, expandable up to 550 × 1200 mm with the optional X-extension Unit, making it suitable for everything from small items to large products.
Like the TMER-KC, it also features an operation monitor that visualizes the alignment between the embroidery frame and design, helping improve embroidery pattern positioning while reducing misalignment and incorrect hooping.

[Reference Exhibit] TLMX-1202 (1200×675/290)W with 2-Color Loose Bead Device and 2-Color Sequin Device

Displayed as a reference exhibit, the “TLMX” featured 2-color loose bead and 2-color sequin devices, enabling more glamorous decorative expression. In addition to flat embroidery, it supports cords, beads, and sequins, meeting a wide range of decorative needs for fashion brands.

TMEZ-K1504C(450X360)S with Coloreel

A live demonstration combining the machine with the on-demand thread coloring system Coloreel was also presented. By dyeing a single white thread in real time during embroidery, the system enables highly flexible multi-color expression using more than 100 colors within a single design. Real-time communication between the Coloreel unit and the TMEZ Series equipped with i-TM allows highly precise synchronization of thread color switching and thread control, enabling higher-quality multi-color embroidery.

PulseIQ

“PulseIQ” is a cloud-based service that connects embroidery machines via a network and centrally manages production information. It supports efficient embroidery production through functions such as design management and production monitoring.
At the exhibition, the embroidery machines inside the booth were connected through PulseIQ, allowing real-time visualization of machine operation and production status on monitors. Through this real-time visualization, Tajima Group introduced new operational possibilities for embroidery production.

Combining compact size with ease of use, “SAI” is ideal for personalization services at stores and events, helping create new customer experiences.

Area 4Step Ahead of Innovation

HAR-V0901F(750X800)S

“HAR” is a multifunctional sewing machine capable of both multi-color sewing and embroidery in a single machine. Supporting up to nine thread colors on one head, it enables rich and colorful design expression.
At the exhibition, a demonstration featuring the Tajima logo motif was presented. HAR supports a wide range of applications including automotive interiors, cruisers, private jets, interior products, fashion accessories, and leather products. By combining sewing and embroidery, it supports both decorative appeal and functionality.

[Reference Exhibit] TMEZ-S1501C (360×500)S with RICOH Ri4000

A hybrid demonstration combining the “TMEZ-SC” with the DTG printer RICOH Ri4000 was also presented. The demonstration layered printing over embroidery stitched with white thread, combining embroidery’s dimensional texture with the detailed graphic expression of printing.
By using a shared frame compatible with both the embroidery machine and DTG printer, highly accurate alignment between embroidery and printing can be achieved, minimizing pattern misalignment during processing.
